Orientation
NFA will provide you with thorough training and onboarding to ensure you're exposed to a rich blend of learning and development opportunities.
Continuous Support
Your peer buddy will connect with you prior to your start date to get to know you and address any questions or concerns. They'll be your go-to resource for questions, advice and encouragement throughout your internship to ensure you have a high-quality, personalized experience. We foster a sense of community among our interns and staff because we want every intern to feel part of the NFA team and build lasting connections.
Meaningful Work
During your internship, you'll work on meaningful projects and make a difference. We encourage collaboration at every level so you can learn about our important regulatory role in the derivatives industry.

- A paid internship in our Regulatory or IS departments
- Formal classroom training and individualized training with hands-on experience
- Real work assignments that allow you to make valuable contributions to NFA's success

- Dedicated time to meet with and get to know senior management
