NFA's Diversity and Inclusion Council oversees and supports our D&I initiatives. The Council's areas of focus include:

Culture & Engagement

Foster a culture where colleagues feel respected, valued and empowered to reach their full potential. Initiatives include diversity programs, education and cultural celebrations.

Talent Acquisition Strategy

Aim to increase the candidate pool diversity through employee referral programs and partnerships with school associations and college preparedness programs.

Community & Social Responsibility

Support the communities where we live and work through charitable giving, workforce development and volunteer activities. We focus on the underserved and create learning opportunities in the financial services industry for individuals to realize their full potential.

BE WELL@NFA

The Be Well@NFA ERG's mission is to foster social connection, education and peer support to help NFA employees manage all aspects of their wellness and ensure the NFA community remains free of stigma.

HOLA (Hispanic/Latinx Organization for Leadership and Advancement)
